Software your team will actually use.

NodeDa builds the tools operators, designers, and developers need to ship: Vertex to run the work, Studio to design it, and Developer to extend it. Clear products. Real downloads. No theater.

Outcomes

How we measure

Adoption, clarity, and delivery, not slide count.

01 · Company

A product company with skin in the game.

NodeDa, LLC builds and ships software. We run enterprise delivery with the same standards we apply to our own products: clear scope, real accountability, and outcomes you can measure.

That dual posture is the brand. Client work sharpens the craft. Vertex and Studio prove we can take something from idea to market and keep it alive. Developer extends that platform to teams who want to build on top of it.

02 · Mission

Turn ambition into software people trust.

Our mission is to ship durable products and help serious teams do the same: strategic UX, disciplined engineering, and ownership that does not stop at the handoff.

For teams we serve

Reduce friction, raise adoption, and ship with a partner who will still be in the room when production gets hard.

For products we ship

Grow Vertex, Studio, and Developer as durable platforms: daily use, clear value, and craft that scales with the business.

03 · Operating model

How work moves from ambiguity to release.

Four phases. One loop. Strategy and execution stay connected so the product that ships matches the product that was promised.

  1. Understand the system

Users, constraints, revenue motion, and technical reality, before a single screen is drawn.

  2. Decide what matters

We cut scope to the work that moves adoption and revenue. Clarity beats volume.

  3. Design & build together

UX, engineering, and product stay in one loop so handoffs do not become the product.

  4. Ship and prove it

Releases, instrumentation, and iteration until the outcome is visible, not just delivered.

04 · Products in market

Proof lives in the product, not the pitch.

NodeDa Vertex and Studio are the products we build and run. Below them, Developer opens the same platform to builders who want to ship faster.

05 · Kinlily

A company we own a stake in, not a NodeDa product.

Kinlily is its own consumer company. NodeDa holds approximately fifty percent ownership. It is not a NodeDa product line, not a rebrand, and not something we list as ours to ship.

Kinlily~50% owned by NodeDa

Kinlily runs the Cookbook ecosystem: recipes, smart shopping lists, cloud sync, and creator monetization under its own brand at kinlily.com. Separate company. Separate product. Shared ownership.

  • Approximately 50% ownership by NodeDa, LLC
  • Independent consumer company, not a NodeDa product
  • Cookbook ecosystem: recipes, lists, and creator tools

06 · Heuristics

What we refuse to compromise.

Jakob Nielsen's ten usability heuristics. This is the craft bar we hold ourselves and our partners to on every surface we design.

  1. Visibility of system status

Users always know where they are and what the system is doing, through timely, clear feedback.

  2. Match between system and the real world

Language, concepts, and flows follow how people already think, not how engineers name things.

  3. User control and freedom

Easy exits, undo, and redo. People should never feel trapped by a path they did not mean to take.

  4. Consistency and standards

Same words, patterns, and behaviors across the product, and alignment with platform conventions.

  5. Error prevention

Better than good error messages: designs that stop mistakes before they happen.

  6. Recognition rather than recall

Options, actions, and information stay visible or easy to retrieve; memory is not the UI.

  7. Flexibility and efficiency of use

Shortcuts and accelerators for experts, without making the product harder for newcomers.

  8. Aesthetic and minimalist design

Every element earns its place. Irrelevant information competes with what matters.

  9. Help users recognize, diagnose, and recover from errors

Plain language, precise problems, and constructive next steps, not cryptic codes.

  10. Help and documentation

When help is needed, it is searchable, task-focused, and concrete, not a wall of prose.
